GENERIC NAME: Docetaxel 80mg/4ml Injection
THERAPEUTIC CLASS: Taxane antineoplastic agent
INDICATIONS & DOSAGE:
- Breast Cancer
- Non‑Small Cell Lung Cancer (NSCLC)
- Prostate Cancer
- Gastric Adenocarcinoma
- Head & Neck Cancer
STORAGE: Do not store above 25°C. Store in original package in order to protect from light.

DOSAGE & ADMINISTRATION:
Breast Cancer:
- 60-100 mg/m² IV infusion over one hour every 3 weeks
NSCLC:
- Monotherapy: 75 mg/m² over one hour IV infusion every 3 weeks
Prostate Cancer:
- 75 mg/m2 every 3 weeks as a one hour IV infusion. Prednisone 5 mg orally twice daily is administered continuously.
Gastric Adenocarcinoma:
- 75 mg/m² over one hour IV along with combination regimens
Head & Neck Cancer:
- Dose varies based on the TPF (docetaxel, cisplatin and 5-FU) regimen.
