- Acute Myocardial Infarction (AMI)

DOSAGE & ADMINISTRATION:
- Acute Myocardial Infarction: 1.5 million units (IV infusion)over 60 minutes.
- Deep Vein Thrombosis (DVT): 250,000 units (IV infusion) as a loading dose over 30 minutes, followed by 100,000 units per hour for 24-72 hours.
- Pulmonary Embolism:250,000 units (IV infusion) as a loading dose over 30 minutes, followed by 100,000 units per hour for 24 hours.
- Arterial Thrombosis or Embolism: 250,000 units (IV infusion) as a loading dose over 30 minutes, followed by 100,000 units per hour for up to 72 hours, or until reperfusion is achieved.
- Peripheral Arterial Thrombosis: 1,000 to 2,000 units (Intra-arterial infusion) per minute for 30 to 60 minutes, followed by 1,000 to 2,000 units per hour.
