DOSAGE & ADMINISTRATION:

The recommended starting dose of Epirubicin is 100 to 120mg/m2 IV infusion for 15-20 minutes repeated 3 to 4 weeks cycle. The total dose of Epirubicin may be given on Day 1 of each cycle or divide equally and given on Days 1 and 8 of each cycle.
Special consideration should be given to administration of lower starting dose of Epirubicin in hepatic dysfunction, bone marrow dysfunction and renal dysfunction patients.
